STUDIO SETUP
We use constant light softboxes with day-light temperature color lamps and point-light sources to create the best picture.
Several backgrounds can be used, starting from classical black, silver, white and up to you the best imagination. Almost everything can be as a background for your picture.
DIGITAL GEAR
Using the top-level professional cameras and prime lens allows to get best images without any possibility to lose the moment!
39 megapixels on the 37X49 mm high dynamic range sensor of Hasselblad H3DII-39 makes a deal.
High range of fast prime fixed focal length lenses from 24 mm up to 200 mm on top of Nikon D3 body - the best combination of high performance and unbelievable dynamic range. 50 mm and 85 mm became the most useful lenses for portrait and product photography.
SOFTWARE
Using only up-to-date software on top of Mac system allows to get the maximum opportunities of the digital world.
We use the latest Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CC as well as Phocus from Hasselblad and Nikon Capture NX
CAMERA TETHERING
Tethering of DSLR camera is one of the critical moments when you talk about a high performance of studio photography. You can not imagine how much will you save transferring every image from the camera sensor to Phocus and Lightroom directly!
Just in a moment!
Improving the filming process with H3DII-39 allows to save a lot of time and make a pre-production editing just on-fly.
MEDIUM FORMAT FILM
We use a worldwide famous middle format camera Hasselblad 503CX with Zeiss lens. Amazing quality of camera and lens allows to achieve absolutely fantastic results with no doubts about possible mechanical faults: they does not exists! :)
We use only professional 120 film:
- ILFORD Delta 400;
- ILFORD FP4 125;
- ILFORD HP5 400;
- FUJIFILM VELVIA 100;
- FUJIFILM PROVIA 100F.
120 AND 135 B&W
FILM DEVELOPING
We have own laboratory for 135 and 120 B&W film developing.
Using ILFORD chemistry for film developing, rinsing and fixing allows to achieve the maximum quality of black&white film captures.
We use external laboratory in Germany for diapositive E6 film developing.
120 AND 35 MM
FILM SCANNING
Using EPSON flatbed scanner we can get results with over 2000 dpi resolution just in a few minutes!
Scanning of 120 format film never was so fast, especially when you will get 44 megapixels 16 bit TIFF image from 6x6 frame.
