UR6LFK develops CS systems for oil and gas production. The newest development is Oil and Gas Wells Control System, consists of Remote Object Monitoring System & Telemetry to optimize wells operating mode control:

·        Remote Object Monitoring System and Telemetry with autonomous power supply and GSM/radio communication;

·        Industrial Server and Manager Workspace;

 

Wells Control System (WCS801) is designed for remote data collection from measuring tranducers, transmission, storage and display of oil and gas wells measured physical parameters.

WCS801 allows remote monitoring wells parameters, like a pressure, temperature and formation of hydrates.

 

Wells Control System (WCS801) within the remote location of the Wells Control Devices RCS501 with an autonomous power supply from the lithium rechargeable battery and charging system on a solar panels permits the data collection from measuring transducers and transmits the measured values on the Remote Controller Server and Manager Workspace MCS701.

 

Wells Control Devices RCS501 consists of a Wells Control Unit CS401, analog input module in Ex-performance, pressure and temperature sensors in Exd case, and electric cables in an armored version with non-combustible insulation.

 

WCS801 complies with the requirements of the standards:

  • EN 61362

 

Wells Control Unit CS401 has the following inputs transducers:

- 2 analog inputs transducers with current interface 4-20mA (pressure sensors, thermocouples with built-in normalizing temperature transmitter);

- 1 analog input for RTD temperature resistance sensor Cu50 / Pt50 / Cu100 / Pt100;

- 1 discrete input for connecting external devices with digital level output;

- Accuracy: 4-20mA inputs – less than 0.5% for RTD input Pt100 – less than 1°C

All inputs are equipped with IS barrier class ExiaIICT4.

 

Poll transducers produced by the accumulation of a predetermined number of measurements to calculate the average value and the exclusion of the erroneous measurement results in 3 seconds, 1 time per hour (may be installed in a range: 10 min - 6 hours), and transmitted to the Remote Manager Workspace server MCS701.

 

The Remote Manager Workspace receives data from several sets of Wells Control Devices RCS501, and stores them on server in a database through the use of software with the ability to display data on the screen of Remote Manager Workspace.

 

You can connect up to 255 devices Wells Control Devices to a Remote Manager Workspace, but its quantity can be upper than 255 upon customers request.

 

Using Wells Control Systems produces remote data from measuring sensors, transfer them to Remote Manager Workspace, store them in a database and display the dynamics of change in parameters such as pressure and temperature.

  

Analysis of the data allows to draw conclusions about the state of the well and plume processes occurring in the hole on the basis of the dynamics of changes in temperature and pressure data feed. Perhaps the timely detection of hydrate formation in the trunk of a gas well to a significant drop in productivity of the well. Timely service allows wells to increase production hydrocarbon raw and reduces the possibility of withdrawal from the operation of the well.
